This Hand Coater is, in fact, a complete, compact chocolate processing system comprised of a melter, tempering unit, coater and a mold filler, It was engineered specifically for small volume production of all types of taste- tempting candies - from chocolate covered fruits and nuts to such perennial favorites as fudge, clusters, and molds.
And you don't have to be an expert in production and quality control to produce consistent, quality pieces. Inexperienced operators can easily produce beautifully coated chocolates without difficulty.
The Hand Coater makes the difficult task of tempering chocolate a simple process. The chocolate is thoroughly mixed and maintained at a precise temperature so it will never come out of temper, even if you're coating all day long.
In addition, cleaning and changeover from one batch to another can be completed in about 1/2 hour. So it's simple to go from white to pastels and other specialties quickly and easily. This performance versatility can mean increased profitability.
Compact and portable, the Hand Coater has been found to be ideal for product development in the laboratory and for use during short-run commercial promotions.
Each Hand Coater is constructed of stainless steel and food grade materials and can be disassembled without tools. It is sold complete with work lamp, side table, dipping fork and night cover.
