Added functionality for chocolate processing

The Hilliard's Six Inch Coater offers all of the features of our Jumbo Hand Coater and more. An extended six inch wire coating belt permits the Coater to be used in conjunction with other finishing equipment or attached to a cooling tunnel with minor changes.

The Six Inch Coater is capable of producing up to 240 pounds per day of precisely tempered chocolate. Highly accurate controls maintain chocolate temperature to within 1 degree F. An adjustable curtain permits consistent coating of most sizes and shapes of centers. In addition, the variable speed shaker removes any excess coating to provide a smooth, even surface.

Quick change for more efficient operation

A highly efficient unit, the Six Inch Coater allows quick, easy changeover from one coating to another. No tools are required to completely disassemble the unit for cleaning.

The Six Inch Coater is constructed of easy-to- maintain stainless steel, aluminum and other food grade materials. The entire system is housed in a single, portable cabinet. It is sold complete with a work lamp, side table, dipping fork and night cover.

Parts are covered with a one year warranty.
